Leader Creates Business, Non Leaders Creates Problems

Saya jumpa pelbagai orang dan pelbagai ragam dan sikap manusia di dalam bisnes ini.

Maaf saya menulis dalam bahasa inggeris sikit. Senang nak jelmakan idea penulisan ini.

Cuma saya perhatikan to be a good income earner, you have to be a good leader or at least become a good person, never stop learning...always improve day by day, move forward. never move backward.

Leaders focus on goal achieving. Leader focus on Dreams and Goals and they fully committed to achieve their BIG goals. they never focus on problems and challenges. They tackle problems one by one, just like sorting papers.

Some people, who are not Leaders, make a mistakes by focusing on too much problems. When i meet them they drag me to their small problems, which sometimes can be solved easily with smart thinking.

Leaders when we meet them, discuss about strategies, and how to achieve their goals. Or Leaders are busy with their activities that bring them closer to their goals.

Non Leaders like to creates problems, so they perceive problems are too BIG for them, of course we cannot avoid problems. we tackle problems one by one. Prioritize what u wan to do.

Some people that i met in this business focus on negative matters, like, HATE or JEALOUSY...dengki akan kejayaan grup lain or so. For me, if our crossline or other group became successfull, i am very happy for them, becoz when they achieve success, we can "imitate" or "copy" whatever success stories from THEM.

Orang kata, 'Success breeds Success'

So to be successfull in this business, choose and breeds your Leaders...

Are You A GOOD LEADER?? if you are not, try and learn to be a GOOD LEADER..
